Corrugator Roll Production:
Corrugating roller is the most important part of corrugated board production equipment, and it is also an important key part of single side machine. It is generally made of 48CrMoA steel. After surface heat treatment and cold treatment or surface cold treatment, its hardness is generally above HRC55.
Corrugator Roll Structure:
Corrugated roller is divided into upper and lower corrugated roller. The upper and lower roller surfaces are female. The two rollers are matched and assembled, and their meshing mechanism is different from that of common gear transmission.
The lower corrugated roller is an active roller, and the shaft end is equipped with gear. The motor drives the lower corrugated roller to rotate through the deceleration device. The upper corrugated roller is driven roller, which is driven by the engagement between the upper roller teeth and the lower roller teeth. In order to make corrugated paper form between upper and lower corrugated rollers, a certain pressure must be applied on the upper corrugated roller. So the upper corrugated roller can move along the connecting line direction of the upper and lower corrugated roller axis in addition to rotating around its axis.
This movement is to apply radial pressure to both ends of the upper corrugated roller through cylinder, which causes the meshing corrugated roller to produce the undercut pressure.
