Product Description

The Film Vacuum Metalizer Cooling Drum with Chrome Coating is a critical component in film metallization units, designed for long-lasting performance in demanding industrial environments.

Introduction of Vacuum Cooling Drum

The cooling drum is positioned within the film metallization unit's vacuum chamber. The system operates by creating different vacuum levels (10^-5 mbar in the lower section and 10^-3 mbar in the upper section) to facilitate aluminum vapor deposition. The drum maintains a temperature of -25°C through ethylene glycol circulation, preventing film damage from the 1350-1400°C evaporator temperatures.
