Introduction of Anti-Adhesion Cooling Roller
Anti-adhesion finish water-cooled rollers are essential components in industrial processing. These cylindrical rollers circulate cooling water for effective heat dissipation during film calendering or tape coating processes.
The cooling roller minimizes deformation caused by thermal shrinkage when hot materials are wound into rolls by cooling the material before winding, significantly reducing dimensional changes. In bi-oriented film production, the anti-adhesive cooling roller is positioned before the corona treater to maintain non-sticky film surfaces prior to treatment, which is crucial for enhancing surface activity.
The roller features a polished surface that ensures uniform cooling while preventing material adhesion, optimizing processing efficiency. Its high-precision surface finish is vital for maintaining consistent film quality during manufacturing.
Flow System Structure of Anti-Adhesion Cooling Roller
- Expanded single-flow cooling roller: Composed of outer shell, inner shell, and spiral baffle. Water or thermal oil circulates through internal single-flow thermal pipe for heat removal.
- Double-layer double-flow cooling roller: Features more complex construction with dual-layer aluminum alloy recycling method. Offers higher efficiency but with more complex production process and higher cost.
