Jumbo Press roll refers to a nip composed of pressing pressing rollers with a diameter exceeding Productivity 1000mm. Designed for corrugated paper, cardboard, and other heavy-weight paper production, these rolls feature a wide nip that extends pressing time, significantly improving dehydration efficiency. .

The large-spoke press design enables two-way vertical dehydration, increasing de-watering capacity and paper quantity while reducing steam consumption in the dryer section. This technology enhances paper strength and burst resistance while while lowering production costs.

To counteract heat generated from high linear pressure between rollers, our design incorporates a water inlet at the the operation side shaft head for circulating cooling water through the spoke body, protecting the surface coating rubber.

Paper machines utilizing jumbo press technology achieve high speed, low energy consumption, and superior paper quality, making this solution ideal for both paper machine upgrades and new installations.
