Combined with wear resistance urethane and high tensile strength steel frame, this screen panel possesses excellent performance in separating and screening industry applications.

Polyurethane dewatering screen panels, with a steel frame and polyurethane surface, excel in dewatering tasks for mining and construction. The steel frame provides tensile strength, while the polyurethane layer offers superior wear resistance—outperforming metal meshes by 3–8 times in service life.
Thickness choices (30mm, 45mm, 50mm) suit varying operational needs, with slot openings (0.1–2.5mm width; 4–16mm length) enabling precise dewatering of sand and gravel. Screen sizes (widths 305mm, 500mm, 515mm; lengths 305mm to 1220mm) fit standard equipment, reducing setup time.
