The mining hydrocyclone separator is a high-efficiency classification and separation device widely used in mineral processing plants, coal washing plants, sand washing systems, tailings treatment, and grinding circuits. By utilizing centrifugal force, the hydrocyclone can effectively separate particles of different sizes and densities without any moving parts, ensuring stable performance, low maintenance cost, and long service life.

Working Principle
The slurry is fed into the cyclone tangentially under pressure, generating a high-speed rotating flow inside the cyclone body. Under centrifugal force:
- Coarse and heavy particles move toward the outer wall and discharge from the underflow outlet.
- Fine and light particles move upward through the vortex finder and exit from the overflow outlet.
This continuous separation process provides accurate particle classification and improved grinding efficiency.
